Zucchini – Summer Squash

Of course, everybody loves zucchini (aka summer squash), you can do almost anything with them. They amazingly easy to grow and keeps producing until autumn. There are many different varieties, so be ready for a surprise! The fruits are harvested unripe, when they are nice and crunchy. Bigger zucchini contain lots of water, but can be used for soups. You can also eat the flowers! Check out the recipe below, they are a true delicatesse!

Store
At a dark, cool place out of the fridge up to 6 days, it will loose taste in the fridge. If you have leftovers though, keep them in the fridge.
