Did you know that Sweden imports most of the food in the supermarket? So even if you try to choose sustainable, your food has traveled quite some kilometers. During which it looses taste and freshness.

What’s in the bag?
We offer small, regular and large sizes.
Each regular bag contains a rotating selection of 6-7 carefully curated portions of vegetables, herbs and microgreens, all sown and grown with love and care here in Loshult. It’s enough for 2-4 meals for 2 people for the or a weekly supply for a single vegetable lover.
If you choose the large box, the average is 7 different vegetables, herbs and microgreens and the portions are bigger to fit, for example, a family. If you choose a small bag, the average is 4 different vegetables, herbs and microgreens in each bag.
An example of a regular summer bag:
1 bunch of beetroots, 1 fennel, 1 zucchini, 1 bunch of herbs, 1 lettuce, 1 portion of butter beans.
Throughout the year, we harvest all kinds of seasonal treats, from beans to tomatoes, herbs to kale. The season runs from approximately June to November, which is 20 weeks of fresh food. Approximately, of course, because we are working with the ways of Mother Nature.
Farm to Fork
We are dedicated to growing the best food we can. To make that possible, we ask for payment in advance, so that growing your vegetables can get our full time and attention. This is called Community Supported Agriculture (CSA): a close and committed relationship between local farmers and local eaters. We strongly believe in an independent, chemical free and local food system. And there are more benefits: minimal packaging, no storage, small transport distances and no exploitative labor. Plus, this is the tastiest and freshest food around!

For your convenience, we provide recipes that match the veggies in your box. With this, we want to inspire you to enjoy your greens in new, delicious ways and help reduce food waste.
Vacation
If you’re going away, you can either give your box to someone else, or let us know 1 week in advance. In that case, we deduct the amount from your bill. Happy holidays!
Your Contribution
You sign up for a full season of fresh veggies, which means you will receive 20 bags between June and November.
S – a taste of the garden. 175:- weekly, which comes to 3500:- for the season
M – veggie lovers. 215:- weekly, which comes to 4300:- for the season
L – family. 275:- weekly, which comes to 5500:- for the season.
A fixed price is set for the whole season. Preferably, you pay for the whole season in advance, but for you convenience, we also offer monthly payment. When you register, you choose your payment option and pick-up location. You can expect the first invoice in May. The season starts slowly, with lots of greens at first. It builds up in summer, when there is so much food! – slowing down again in October.
