Tender edible pods filled with a uniform row of tiny immature peas. Sweet and summery with a satisfying crunch. Sugar snaps and peas are grown in a very similar way and also the pods are alike. There are, however, different varieties for both. They can tolerate cold temperatures and are therefore nice to grow in early spring.

Storage
Sugar Snap Peas are best eaten fresh! But you can store in a paper bag in the fridge for up to 5 days.
