Sallad – Salat greens

We grow different kinds of salat. From lettuce to spicy baby-leaf, from porslane to lambs lettuce. They all grow very differently, e.g. some like warmer, some like colder weather. Some are pre-seeded, some are direct sown. Some grow plentyfull and others form just a few leaves per seed.

Store:
Preferably in plastic or a wet towel. Can be stored for up to 1 week in the fridge.

In general we eat salat greens raw, but it is absolutely possible to roast them.
