Rättika – Black Radish

Black radish is a variety of regular radish that is bigger and has a longer growing season. It is grown in early spring or fall. It has a beautiful, black skin and white flesh.

Store
They can be stored for month if they’re kept dry. If you want to do that, cut off the greens and put them in the fridge.
