Rädisa – Raddish

Raddishes are the first really flavourful spring vegetables, reminding us that fresh taste is back! They grow easily and fast, and they also shoot fast, so we better be quick to harvest them all.

Store:
In the fridge for up to 6 days, at room temperature up to 3 days. Store in a paper bag or cut the raddish in slices and put them in cold water.

Recipes

Raddish is is often eaten raw, if you have to get used to its sharp taste you can peel the red skin off. But you can also eat it cooked! See recipes below. The leaves can be eaten cooked and raw.
