An all-time favorite, our leek takes its time to grow. We pre-seed them in early spring and give them lots of compost and time. The white stem is archived by adding soil, in the lack of light it cannot make any color.
Store
In the fridge for a week or so. If they start looking a bit worn, you can peel away the outer layers.
