Sweet carrot! Freshly harvested carrots are such a different thing from what we get in the supermarket. They are sweet and crunchy and fresh, perfect to just munch away a whole bunch out of your hand. But if you did manage to stay away, have a look down here, also for the leaves!
Carrot seeds are tiny tiny and need to be kept wet to sprout. They don’t mind a bit of cold and can be sown early spring.
Store
Take off the leaves and store in the fridge 4 days. Out of the fridge at a cool, dry spot 3-5 days. Leaves can be stored in a sealed bag or wet cloth for 4 days.
