Fennel starts its life as a very fragile plant with two big, fluffy leaves. It always amazes me how it can grow from that to the full-on bulb in your box! Fennel can still be found in the wild and likes to be with colder, shorter days, so it’s mostly grown in spring and autumn.

Store:
In the fridge up to 1 week, out of fridge for 2 days.

All parts of the fennel in your box can be eaten, the bulb and the leaves, both raw and cooked.
